Queex, Are you out there? Is your website still online? The link from the Atlas site does not seem to work, but I live in a totalitarian state that actively controls information flow and media access (the internet).

It's up at the moment. The link seems to work for me. If you like, I can e-mail the Feng Shui section pages to you (It's about 380k with the schtick lists, or 36k without. Let me know how which formats of .xls, .htm and .txt you want the schtick lists in, if you want them).

When I try to access it from China, I can't seem to access the server for that address...

That's the one. It works over here. Try the root at http://chthonic.150m.com and see if you can get that.
