Feng Shui Newbie GM Question

I'm a new GM (going to run my first game of Feng Shui soon) and I have a question. One of my players wants to know if he can use one Signature Weapon schtick for a pair of weapons (specifically, a pair of Berretas). I'm thinking he needs two schticks, but he claimes he saw a character on the internet that had a single schtick for a pair of pistols. My question is, what is the official ruling on this situation? Thank you for your help.

If he wants two signature weapons, he has to buy the schtick twice.

That's exactly what I thought, I just wanted to be sure. And you know what? I think I saw the character he was talking about, and he has two Signature Weapon schticks!

How about this as a solution? Allow your player to take sig weapon for both weapons and he only gets ONE damage bonus until he buys the other schtick. That's what I do anyway. My 1/50th of a cent.
