One question regardings Transformed Animals (and their schticks) and Fu-Schticks:

Normally, Fu-Schticks use the Fu-subattribute for determining how many points the fighter can use in one combat round for Fu-schticks (Willow Step, Leap etc)

The Transformd Animal schticks use the primary Chi-attribute for determining hom many points the TA can use in one combat round for TA-schticks (Bounce, Scuttle etc)

Does the use of Fu-Points decrease the avaiable Chi-Points and vice versa? Can a TA (for example with Chi 7 (& Luck, Magic and Fu 7)) use 7 points for TA-schticks AND another 7 points for Fu-schticks? Or does the usage of one point-"reservoir" decrease the other "reservoir" by the same number?

Chi and Fu are interchangable, but they aren't two separate point pools. This isn't always clear in the rulebook... but the FAQ on the Genocide Lounge says check the comment on page 109 (page 129 in the Daedelus edition).

The number of Chi or Fu points available to Transformed Animals every sequence is equal to their Chi or Fu stat, whichever is higher. They aren't tracked separately.
