Our troupe has been wanting to organise a live tribunal for a while. I was wondering if atlas had things to support events such as these ?

We had a number of events with other RPG & TCG which all attracted more than 20 players so we know it will be a success...

This could spawn new troupes in our area which can only be good for atlas :)

There is a LARP ArM scenario called the Fallen Fane featuring exactly what you need. I'm not quite convinced by it, but I'm not a LARP specialist either.

What would "support" mean in this context?

I was thinking in the lines of promotionnal devices.

Arsmagica dices, T-shirts, posters, etc.

The gamers Club I'm part of has already comitted to buying books from atlas (due to the presence of our troupe mainly) but to help the Ars5 community we were thinking of doing a live tribunal.

If the players received trinkets I believe it would make a good impression on them.

These players have been accustomed to D&D & living greyhawk conventions or live Vamp conventions. they are just waiting for something to start them up into the world of Arsmagica...

This might be the case of more than one troupe I am sure ...

I'm afraid we have none of the above right now. We should have the poster map/flyer by March, and when we print that we'll have lots and lots of them to give away...

The problem with trinkets is that they can be really expensive. I don't know about custom dice, but T-shirts typically cost $6-$10 each to make, for example. In comparison, for each copy of Ars Magica that a store sells at $25, Atlas Games gets $10. (And out of that $10 we have to pay for printing, shipping, etc.)
