The Endurance of a Beserker spell has a new range of 'concentration' in 5th edition. Now whats the point in that?

If you need to avoid the negative effects of fatigue, then you must be in a stressfull situation, such as a fight, or a spell casting.

You can't concentrate on a spell in that situation.

I've upped the range to Sun for my character, for an extra 5 points.

Evidently the Range entry is a typo. I believe it is meant to have Range: Touch, Duration: Concentration. If that's so, then you can cast it on someone else (your shield grog for example) and concentrate while he does all the strenuous stuff. I concur, though, that Sun duration is even more useful - just as with many spells.

It is Range: Personal, Duration: Concentration. Lvl:15
Which I agree is rather useless. It would make more sense to make it level 20 with duration sun. A duration of diameter, with level 15 would even make more sense.

It seems to me that several of the listed spells have suffered somewhat from the conversion, and many doesn't seem to comply with the new rules and guidelines. With so many spells there's bound to be a few glitches I guess.

My solution is to take all the listed spells with a grain of salt, and make spells from the guidelines instead, which is much easier now with much more clear and coherent rules for spelldesign.
