Ars Magica Magic Resistance by Rego Vim

It was possible to create charms against magic in the 4th edition as
enchanted items. Has this been dropped out in the fifth edition? In the
ReVi guidelines (p. 161) it says:

"Rego Vim would also be the combination of Arts that granted Magic
Resistance, but not even Bonisagus was able to turn Parma Magica into a
spell."

What about enchanted items? Is it still possible to create e.g. rings
that grant magic resistance to the wielder? My interpretation of the
magic theory would say that it's not possible, but what do you think?

My thought is, if a formulaic spell can't do something, an item can't either.

There is a way to create anti-magi items, but it would be a nightmare to craft them.

You need a InVi spell to detect magic, and a ReVi to suppress the spell (dangerous), or 10 PeVi effects (one for each form) to dispell the effects.

This would obey entirely different rules than ordinary magic resistance, (among other things it would not care about penetration, only level)...

Having given this some thought, I think my magus needs one of these...
