The search didn't bring up anything, therefore yet another thread:

Does "Healing Chi" have any Chi costs or requirements? The entry lists "Chi: Special" but the description doesn't make any further reference to it.

Nah. I've never found a reason why Chi would be needed. Flow Restoration doesn't have a chi requirement, and it's basically a healing gig as well.
