A few questions about beer money:

Choke & Puke:
What can the victim do? Can the victim attack the person who played the Choke & Puke. What can the attacker do while holding the Choke & Puke?

Pound of Flesh + Fists of Fury:
If I play Pound of Flesh on an opponent, and he later plays Fists of Fury on me, do I consider that to be 2 attacks at 2 damage each? that is does Pound of Flesh (and Thunder Head) reduce each of the attacks of Fists of Fury (Big Combo)?
