Ok I will try this again. I am new to this game and I have one ?, why do the creatures have movement? They can only attack once according to the rules, and with some of the creatures they have up to 5+ movement, being that they cant use movement to attack again like heroes can, what is the movement for? O ya one more thing this ? is for the game dungeoneer.

To defend with, in case heroes are able to attack them with movement?

I think there is or was one quest monster who would attack with movement, an assassin in the first set.

Movement is a core value in the game that lets you move to another space, explore, open locked doors, challenge, etc., at a cost of 1 Movement each.

Maybe you're talking about Speed, though?

The only rule that currently takes advantage of the Speed score of monsters is the wandering pack rule which is explained in the optional rules pdf available at the Atlas Games website (http://www.atlas-games.com/dungeoneer).

There may be cards in the future which take advantage of it, so it is necessary to be there in order to complete the monster's stats.

I hope this helps, and that you're enjoying Dungeoneer!
