basically it is an aquatic version of the centure(I think that's how you spell it)
not sure of stats though.

Given that you don't seem to have any sort of grasp for the color or theory of Hermetic magic, let alone the mechanics of spell construction, do you really think you should jump into the construction of beasts?

We spell it ceinture in French, which means belt.

try reading the Medieval Bestiary Revised (a 4th ed publication) which has many fine, mythical beasts. (Or even the 2nd Ed Medieval Bestiary).

You can get either if you search the Web...
