I currently have two players in the game, with one more PC that is bereft of player (the player having gone missing from the boards). I am looking for one or two more players, to fill up the ranks. You are expected to make your own magus character, following the standard ArM rules (if the missing PC's player doesn't show up soon, one could also take over him). You may also make one companion, and as many grogs as you like, but keep the covenant's size in mind. (I or others can help out with rules questions, and I'm willing to convert characters from 4e to 5e.) I'd ask anyone to look over the rules for making PCs in the recruitment or OOC thread before making a character. The game uses Guardians of the Forest and you may use the new virtues and flaws therein; note that the Gilds are SLIGHTLY different (see thread). I don't yet have The Divine or True Lineages in my hands (they're in the mail, which means thay they could arrive in two days or two months), so I can't say whether or not they will be accepted. Probably yes, but I ain't completely sure. We will use a specific covenant, a spring covenant in eastern-germany that is being set up by the magi at the outset. We will not dwell on the mundane elements of its foundation, but the first seasons will need to be spent building it up (as a background element). The campaign's theme is the decline of magic and faerie power as a result of the spread of the Dominion and the mundanes. It is intended to showcase and explore several possibilities of handling this problem. The PbP will likely not extend to finding solutions, it will focus on exploring directions for possible solutions. The game has already begun, you can see the first posts here: http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=151029 Check it out, see the game as it is; it's the most accurate description there is.
