Ars Magica Building in the Non-Warping effect

My magus is working on creating some enchanted items that do the Cult of Heroes +1 stat things.

In this case, the CrMe55 give +1 Com up to a max of +5.
If te duration was increased to Sun, thats +3 magnitudes, and now the only reason it is a ritual is because of the size, so it can be instilled into an item as an enchantment.
+1 level for 2x/day and +3 level for environmental trigger gives us a 74th Level Enchantment.

Naturally, it will need to have a number of characters 'built in' to the effect so they do not suffer warping at 2pts/day of use!
However there currently seems to be no mechanism for doing this other than to say you can (presumably for anybody you like at no cost!

Unsatisfied with this overly easy solution, I've been thinking of potential extra penalties or costs for designing the effect to be non-warping for extra people.

I was thinking +1 level for each person not involved in the Labwork as one possibility. Thus the maker, and any apprentice or assistants are immune, but immunising anyone not involved with creation makes it harder. IMS this would mean either a few of the other Characters risking working under my Magus' direction for a season, or the required Level going up to 81!

Further possibilities might be;
requiring arcane connections to be willingly given up and 'absorbed' (destroyed) during the enchanting process...
and +1 per x number (say 3 or 5) to the level of the enchantment...
unlimited number of people at no cost (seems to be current default situation)...
only people that you have some arcane knowledge of (such as true name, birthdate, etc thinking the penetration mods here) at no extra cost...

To avoid warping through a powerful mystical effect, you have to design the effect for a particular target. ArM5 p.168: "Designing the effect for a particular target requires, in Hermetic terms, that a special version of a Formulaic spell be invented."
So AFAICS a magus needs to design the effect anew for each target he does not wish to warp, but for himself. Each new effect takes new lab time to design and new Vis to enchant into an item, of course.
So, if the effect happens to be of level 74, the magus can prepare for a lot of time in the lab.
