As we wrap up our big Open License event, I also wanted to (re)share a post I put a lot of my heart into. This is from back when Magical Kitties first launched in 2016. It's all about how my kids and I discovered Magical Kitties Save the Day, and how our first campaign literally spanned their childhood years, and generations of their characters. 

Re-reading it, it reminds me why the Open License is so important now, since that's the obvious next step in making sure Magical Kitties is there for the future to enjoy as much as we have. Also, my oldest kids are in high school now, and there lots of hand-drawn character sheets in the post for me to tease them about!
