Designer's Guideline Update

I've just updated our Writer's/Designer's Guidelines page. It now includes a bulleted list of things we're looking for in card game and board game proposals. Talking with James Ernest at GAMA Trade Show got me started thinking about this, and I ended up subjecting my friends to my rants about it for the rest of the show.
