Somebody is stealing high-tech equipment from labs all over town. It’s hard to catch a glimpse of the thief, but on the pixelated footage, he looks like … a dinosaur wearing a lab coat? Why does a dinosaur need all this equipment, and what danger does it pose to the city of Meowtropolis?

Magical Kitties vs Poly the Pirate Parrot!

This story begins as Meowtropolis Central Bank is being robbed, and clues point to the super kitties as the culprits! To make matters worse, Mayor Magnus Marshall announces that all supers are outlawed in the city, and even heroes will be thrown in jail. When kitties investigate, they find a trail of clues that leads them to a pirate ship moored in Meowtropolis’ harbor!
