And They Lived Happily Ever After: More About Once Upon a Time Second Edition
In Once Upon a Time, players hold a hand of cards with characters, locations, and events commonly found in fairy tales. Their task? To tell a story that incorporates all of the things in their hand and steer it to the secret Happy Ever After ending card that they hold.
Because the cards are all jumbled up, these aren’t your normal fairy tales. Here, the princess is cursed with giant clown feet; the frog turns into a dwarf when kissed, and they ride off together in a carriage shaped like a bucket to live happily ever after.
Players take turns narrating the story as they run out of ideas, or as items on their cards are mentioned in the story. Play all of your cards and end the story happily ever after to win!
